Across every game I have ever played, I have never EVER seen a game developer let leaking content go for so long, especially when they can see the issues. Market manipulation is the most obvious issue with this as leakers are essentially getting insider info on evo’s and promos so they can eat up the market while selling it for even more money. This is an actual crime in real life, and yes it’s just a game, but what kind of sane developer would allow this to happen unless they also had a hand in the cookie jar?

Now genuinely, how has EA not stopped this or at least attempted to? I’ve heard of data miners and at one point they’d usually become “partners” with the company which makes sense but this situation is different.
