Symptoms of Highs and Lows
I have 2 sons that are Type one. My 12 year old shows clear signs, when he is high and has keytones he gets nauseous and has body aches, and when he is low he starts getting a little lethargic. My 3 year old however doesn't seem to show any symptoms when he is high or low, we just have to watch his sensor readings constantly. But lately he has been complaining that his tummy hurts after he eats and I'm im wondering if its just because he ate too much, might have to poop, or if its because his number shoots up before the insulin kicks in. What are some of your symptoms for highs and lows? Anyone else have a little one that shows symptoms? Maybe something I can watch for?
