Despite completing my biometrics appointment, the app still shows my application status as “case received.” Could you please guide me on where I can check the status of my case?

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my VAWA timeline and see if anyone else is in a similar situation.
My package was delivered on March 30, 2026. I received my receipt notices on April 20, 2026, and now my biometrics appointments have been scheduled for May 14 and May 19 for my I-131, I-360, I-485, and I-765.
I’m wondering what the next steps usually look like after biometrics and how long it’s currently taking for the EAD/work permit to get approved.
Is anyone else on a similar timeline? Are EADs taking a long time these days? Would really appreciate hearing your experiences.
