Anyone struggling to walk? I’m about 3.5 month post op fib/tib break!
I had surgery at the end of Jan. I went through it all! The depression of not being mobile is REAL! The pain, the self reflection, all of it.
I’m here to tell you, it gets better! I took steps today with bare feet! It hurts still in my ankle, but what a milestone!
Anyone else trying their first steps?
