For people with Vancouver PVO, how has your experience been recently? Also based on recent trends from the last 6–8 months, which visa offices have been issuing the most PFLs, refusals, or ADR/document requests?

Would really appreciate if Jan AOR or Vancouver PVO applicants could share their timelines/status 🙏
