I’ve been a recruiter for the past 7 years and have seen the highs and lows of the job market. Right now, it feels especially competitive and difficult to break into.
I speak with candidates every day and constantly hear about the challenges people are facing while searching for a new role or trying to make a career move. I’m curious to hear what others are experiencing in the current market.
What feedback are you getting from employers? Are you landing interviews, or mostly hearing silence after applying? What have been the biggest challenges for you lately? On the flip side, if you’ve had success, what do you think helped you stand out in such a competitive environment?
