My printer is not printing the pgbk black ink. I did a nozzel check and it doesnt even appear on the test. I did a deep cleaning, a few times. I soaked the printer head thing as recommended in distilled water. I tried everything recommended and every other color prints but the black. Please help, so frustrated. Canon charges 19.99 for support 🫠
