Not sure if this is the right place for this question. Admin please delete if not allowed. This will be my 3rd time seeing Jack. The first time I saw him, I had general admission lawn seats and the second time seeing him, it was all general admission. This time I have reserved seats. How does that work for a no phone show? I don't have a physical ticket. What if I forget where my seats are and how do the employees at the venue verify that those are actually my seats? Like when I get to the reserved section, how are they checking and helping me to find my seats and making sure I actually get the seat that I paid for?
