Any advice?
Hello! So me and my friend want to cosplay some stuff for halloween, the issue being said cosplays would preferably use lights.
Now we figured out how to make light lining and stuff, that is fine, but is there anyone who knows how to make a custom LED work?
We would like to cosplay Rust and Zero from tlt and while we found some LED panels for the faces, they´re either not the correct shape or too pricey. I know electronics WILL cost a lot of money and that is fine with me, but I still have some spending limit and can´t spend it all on lights, lol. (Also in my case (Rust) I need to be able to shove it onto a helmet)
Originally I wanted to ask protogens since I know you can program those screens at home and they can display anything (which would solve the wrong shape thing) but I have absolutely zero idea how to do it or where to get one.
Personally for me I wouldn´t mind commissioning someone for a reasonable price for the mask, but I´d prefer to try and make it on my own.
If you have any advice, that can be shops in Europe (or that ship to Europe), techniques, or specific items or anything else, we´d be grateful!
