Hi there! I’m trying to build a fully automatic potion brewer in Minecraft 1.21.1 similar to the design in the picture above.

What I want:

• I only put in water bottles and ingredients
• Brewing and transportation happen automatically
• Finished potions automatically move to the next brewer/storage
• Fully continuous system without pressing buttons every cycle

The issue:
I’ve tried multiple hopper clock and pulse extender setups, but I can’t get the timing right. After brewing finishes, the brewing stand doesn’t empty fast enough and usually 1 or 2 bottles gets left behind. That leftover bottle eventually blocks the entire system.

Could somebody please help and come up with a fix or other design for the redstone clock?
