Need some post-surgery help/advice cuz my doctors are not helping fast enough

At five weeks post ops I'm still dealing with what looks to me like partially open wounds, but my surgeon evaluated in person two weeks ago and said they were closed. What they did diagnose me with was autoeczematization from a skin glue allergy. This got so bad that one of my lap scars is completely surrounded by small blisters and a lot of surface skin have peeled off. I think that's probably why my wounds still look kinda open cuz there's large cracks where the skin are gone so you can see the closed incision lines underneath. Has anyone else experienced the same? I went to urgent care previously and got prescribed a strong steroid cream which I suspect has caused my skin to thin and is slowing down my woun healing further. My surgeon then consulted with a dermatologist and they prescribed me a strong oral steroid to deal with the allergic reaction. I've been taking that but with a third of the dose prescribed cuz I'm worried about all the broken skin I'm dealing with here (I have a 1x2 inch circle of small broken blisters with a large slit of peeled off skin in the middle clearly showing a long piece of white tissue atop my incision underneath. the whole area is angry dark red inflamed and it's scary). So far all the blisters around my incision and the wound itself just continue to drain serous fluid nonstop. I'd clean the gunk off every night and the skin is nowhere near growing back or look like they're getting any better. Tried to leave them alone and not touch/disturb anything for two days and same thing. Im really starting to wonder if I should continue taking the steroid medication - I guess my dilemma is that if I can't get the eczema under control more blisters will pop up and I can't bring the inflammation down, but if I take the med it seems to be thinning out my skin and slowing down new skin growth. Please has anyone dealt with this before and can give some advice of what I should do?

shouting into the voud maybe but I am going nuts from these hives!!!!!! Three weeks post ops I developed hives with some blisters that started around my incisions and IV wounds then started to just spread all over my body. Nurses keep telling me to take antihistamine and I've been doing that but it's a hit and miss. Allegra helped relieve the itch for two days then stopped working on the third. Zyrtec knocked me out cold for 15 hrs so I'm too scared to keep taking it. went back to Allegra tonight and it's NOT working at all. the result is me lying in bed at midnight screaming into Reddit cuz I'm itching so badly I cannot fall asleep 😭😭😭! how long are these hives gonna last?!? I'm so itchy I'm going insane!!!!!!!!

so I can't post pics here (probably cuz my account's too new), but really need some advice based on experience as my nurse/surgeon don't think there's an issue when this looked nothing like my one previous surgical recovery.

I'm now in the beginning of my fourth week after lap. the skin glue around three of my incisions came off this morning. now I can clearly see the skin around the incisions completely puffed up with a distinct line in between. the skin is swollen dark red. my incisions look like puffy lips. is this normal at week four or does it mean my wound's not closing??

I also developed hives over the last week that started around my incisions but has spread all over my body. this whole process is just so *ugh*
