Potentially misdiagnosed ankle issue

Hello! Im a girl 18 years old 5'4. I played rugby in highschool for my school and city, but when I was in grade 10, around 3.5 years ago I got a horrible 'sprain' on my ankle in a rugby match, my whole foot was swollen and bruised green with a purplish bruise line on the side. I got x rays at the hospital and there was no break and no visible fracture, but they also said there was a chance I did have a fracture because my bone looked a little bit wide (idk if I'm remembering correctly), and it was just a sprain. I could barely play and could barely walk for about 3-4 weeks, and I'm worried because there's something still off with my ankle. I went back to the doctor and she just said I should do physiotherapy, we don't have the money for that so I tried my best and deeply looked at stretches and light exercises, and now, the bone area on my left ankle (where the injury was) looks different as in bigger/more swollen compared to my right one. For the last few years it's felt a bit weak but it wasn't too bad so I didn't do anything about it, but on Monday I did 30000 steps with my friend, I feel fine, my right ankle is not remotely sore or hurting but I can barely put any weight on my left and it looks more swollen than usual. I really thought my injury is more substantial than a sprain because it's still injured, I tried insisting that to my doctor the last time I went but he said it wasn't (without even looking at it) and I don't want to be rude and just listened because I obviously don't have a medical degree.. but I'm so sick of this I can't play the same and I've just been in pain the past few days because of it.

Need help finding a lifestyle

Hii! I (f18) have been struggling with my weight as well as body dysmorphia basically since I was in the fifth grade. I'm 5'4 and 174 lbs, I really don't like dieting because I absolutely love to cook and bake (especially breads), and it brings me such a joy to do that I don't really want to give it up, I started to jog a bit, but I can barely do 1.5km without being so out of breath and it's gotten so unmotivating because I hate doing it and barely being able to breathe, but I do walk my dog a few kilometers every day and the meels I cook and bake are relatively healthy, I'd say pretty average. I can't afford the gym right now or anything.

I don't really know what to do because I've felt like I eat a lot less than the average person for example an omlette for brunch and a full dinner with a few snacks, but I haven't really counted calories. Does anyone have any advice that helped them in a somewhat similar situation? Thank you!

edit: I also have type one diabetes with unstable ratios so fully cutting carbs is unsustainable for me
