Update to my VIP reinstatement request to customer care
This is not a very exciting update. I have heard other people have received their VIP reinstatement, but I have not.
April 30 - I send a request through the app and they send the automated email. I reply and say the same thing again.
May 6 - they reply that they are happy to report that "According to our records you have successfully restored your progress." I reply that I did not lose progress, I lost VIP and ask when they will restore it.
May 11 - they reply and ask for my Player ID. I reply with it.
May 15 - they reply that the player ID I provided is for an android phone and ask if I want to transfer my iOS account to an android account. I reply that no, I gave them the player ID that the update put on my account. On my iPhone app and that I have been using the same phone since 2022 and before that other iPhones.
Today - they reply "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Could you please check your game now? Everything should be Ok. Please let me know the result." I reply that nothing has changed and I still do not have my VIP level back.
So that's it. I let my subscription expire. I doubt it will make a difference.
