One thing I keep noticing with early-stage founders:

Most spend months building the product…

but very little time making the startup easy to understand.

A lot of pitch decks are technically “good”:

- decent design

- good market

- smart founders

But the story feels unclear.

The problem usually isn’t the idea.

It’s positioning and narrative clarity.

Especially:

- why now?

- why this market?

- why this team?

- why this over competitors?

I think founders become too close to their own startup and stop seeing confusion points objectively.

Curious if other founders have experienced this while fundraising or pitching investors.

Love to discuss possible solutions.

Most founders don’t know WHY investors reject them.

I was reviewing early-stage pitch decks and noticed something weird:

Most founders think their problem is:

design

traction

market size

But actual issue is usually: “The story doesn’t create conviction.”

Investors don’t reject ugly decks. They reject confusing narratives.

Biggest pattern I saw: founders explain features before urgency.

I built an ai that roasts pitch decks for hidden red flags because fuck paying 5k to pitch consultants

update from my last post some of you guys asked for the link and the tool literally caught a massive financial logic gap on the first deck uploaded

honestly it feels so good to see it working because early stage founders are out there burning weeks fixing font sizes while vcs reject them silently with a polite not a fit email

so what I did is I coded this ai agent to act exactly like a brutal tier 1 investment analyst

you just upload your pitch deck pdf it checks it against 10 critical investor metrics like tam market sizing and cash runway logic and then tells you exactly why a vc will say no

right now it is running on vercel free trial so it is super fast but it handles files only up to 4mb perfectly which is more than enough for a standard seed deck

I am keeping the full features completely open tonight because I want 50 more founders to absolutely stress test the system and tell me what features or dashboard changes you want before I officially drop the paywall

if you are currently raising funds or pitching to investors do not go into meetings blindly just drop a comment and I will send you the access link right now.

Built a tool that roasts pitch decks for VC red flags in 60s and I need you guys to break it.

been hanging around here and seeing so many founders struggle with silent VC rejections where they never even get real feedback

people are paying consultants like 5k just to tell them their market size slide makes no sense which is crazy for early stage startups

so I spent the last few weeks building an ai agent that acts like a tier 1 vc analyst

you just drop your pdf and it spots the logic gaps and rewrites weak slides in under a minute

I just got the dashboard up on vercel and it handles files up to 4mb perfectly right now

I want to get some real founders to test it and absolutely tear apart my ui and the logic before I launch it properly and put up a paywall

drop a comment if you are raising funds and want to test it out so I can send you the link.
