I’m a doctor, and I just witnessed my intern get yelled at by a ward coordinator.

When I was an intern, I remember ward coordinators who would sometimes be mean, and I just dealt with it. I saw my intern get yelled at publicly by a ward coordinator for something that definitely wasn’t a big deal at all. I just think things like this really fuck up team morale. You think I should put in a ‘feedback’ to the hospital support unit or talk to the ward coordinator. What is the role of the NUM in this situation? Can they help prevent this happening ever again. I’m not that senior and I’m not really a confrontational person.
