1st time sparring

After almost 6 months of training thrice every week I did my first sparring session with hits on the head and everything but not full strength. Compared to everything I’ve done these 6 months, nothing comes close to what I felt today. I showed everything I’ve learned today and saw what I should improve but also saw how much of a disadvantage my bad eyesight unfortunately is. I wanted to try and compete on a friendly cup that’s happening in a month but after today I’ll postpone that and keep working to get better and also spar more so I get used to it. I just wanted to say this, whoever read it thank you.

How to fix your non dominant side

So my problem is that I’m right handed and if it makes sense very right footed, and it took a while for me to make my left side in general get kinda good but my left leg still feels weird. When I kick with my left leg it feels like im dragging it while when I kick with right it feels great. So is there any advice someone more experienced can give to fix this? I’ve been training for 5 months btw.
