Does anyone know about what rotations we do in the 3 year PharmD program and their schedule

I heard there are community pharmacy rotations throughout first year, but that's all I know. Do we have rotations in hospital and industry too? When?

uoft vs uw pharmd; wanna get into a major hospital in downtown Toronto after graduation

I’m aiming to get a job as a hospital pharmacist after graduating pharmd in the future. UW has coop but not sure if i can get a coop position in downtown trt. UofT doesn’t have coop but has rotations which I assume are in those hospitals like UHN or sickkids?

Also, which school would be better if I was considering industry? Or maybe working internationally in a pharmaceutical company?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Early termination of 1 year lease after living there for 5 months

Hello everyone,

I signed a contract as being one of 6 tenants to live in a house for one year. Due to unprecedented circumstances, I have to move out.

  1. By law, is there a mandatory length of notice I should give beforehand to the landlord? I'm willing to pay one month's worth of rent even though I won't be living there to compensate for the late notice. (The news was abrupt and I will be moving out within a week)

  2. My lease was from Jan to Dec. I paid the landlord one month's worth of rent when I signed the contract which is the 'deposit' and he said it will go towards December's rent. Is it valid if I tell him to use that December's rent to make up for the one month's worth of rent that I mentioned I am willing to pay in question 1 instead of returning it to me? In the first place, is he responsible for returning that deposit to me even though I broke the lease?

  3. I read over my contract and there is nothing about 'early termination of lease' anywhere. Am I responsible for finding a tenant to replace myself? Or is the landlord? And if we both fail to find a tenant, am I responsible for the entire rest of the rent for the year?
