Travel ban
I really need some advice or help regarding a travel ban in the UAE. I’ve had a travel ban since February last year because of a criminal case but till now the court has never called me for any hearing and I honestly don’t understand the process at all.
It’s been such a long time and I haven’t been able to go back home to my country even once. I feel completely lost and don’t know what I’m supposed to do next.
I was accused of shoplifting from H&M in Dubai and the amount involved was very small. The police also aren’t giving me the contact or details of the person who made the complaint against me so I have no idea how to resolve anything or even speak to them. I just want to understand what I can do because this situation has been affecting my life for over a year now. Any advice would really help thank you.Im married I have nobody of mine in my home country all I have is my husband and job here can that help me atleast not getting deported
