Hi there,

We’re remodeling our basement and have contacted a few plumbers to get quotes.

Part of the remodel is adding a bathroom and a half.

We’ve just asked for the excavation, rough ins and pit/pump to be done by the plumber. We plan on doing the rest.

We’ve had the following quotes:

$17.5k
$18k
$8.8k
$22.4k

All four plumbers are licensed, insured and have 50 or more reviews on Google and have at least a 4.7 star rating on Google.

While some quotes are more wordy they all contain the same work, permits, etc.

Is it possible that the 8.8k quote is legitimate?
