The numbers just keep going up, finally feel like I’m getting a handle on it!

My stomach was being eaten alive by stress and my doctor told me to stop drinking- that was alcohol, then I had a massive panic attack that put me out for months. That was caffeine and soon after nicotine.

Here I am finally with a clear head, and with a life that I never thought I could have. It’s hard, but it’s worth it. (Not even touching the financial burden that has been lifted)
