this female nymph which species i don’t know yet appeared in my botanical class in college and i decided to keep her… but i have literally no experience in this

i’ve always wanted to have a praying mantis but never really looked into it… i’ve been feeding her some larvae and providing her a proper enclosure — which i thought a terrarium-like space would be good for her but now that i’ve scrolled in this subreddit i’m not sure if i should

when should i feed her? what do i feed her? what are the signs she is going to molt? what do i do to help the molting process? what species is her? is she going to get much bigger than this?
