How long does it typically take for a department to reach out to you after the psych evaluation. Mine was last Thursday but I know some candidates had theirs on Friday. How long of a silence should be concerning for my chances at receiving a conditional offer/medical scheduling?

For reference, the phases of the application have been quick and I was scheduled for psych 3 days after my panel interview.
