I'm trying to figure out if this repair shop replaced my controller with a crappy one and ripped me off...

I took my E-TWOW/UScooter GT Sport into a repair shop in NYC to fix E2 error, which was caused from one of the wires to controller getting cut.

Before taking it in, the scooter went 28-29 mph max, taking uphills at 22-23 mph.

After getting it back, it maxes out at 20.5 mph.

The difference is extremely noticeable.

The repair guy is shrugging his shoulders.

Did they swap out a controller on me? Anyone know if there's an easy way to check?

I don't want to accuse the guy if he's innocent, but it's pretty suspicious to me that all of a sudden my electric scooter is extremely slow. Also, I checked the settings, only have L1-L3 on GT Sport.
