I have spoken to Evenflo customer service multiple times and they have said I have made all the appropriate adjustments to my babies car seat. That the car seat is also installed correctly. I’ve gotten on two zoom calls with them and spoken to them 6-8 times about the issue of my baby going chin to chest when she falls asleep. They since she has good neck control I shouldn’t worry about the position of her neck when she falls asleep. If she can’t breathe she will move her head. I’m also worried about if I got into accident her getting severe whiplash or positional asphyxiation. I sent them the pictured attached to this post.. They saw no cause for concern. Which infuriated me.
I feel like this car seat is unsafe. I have also gotten it checked out by the fire department and they said everything is installed correctly.
Please tell me if there is any additional adjustments I can make. I’m about to buy her a new car seat.
