XTEINK X4 developing persistent vertical dead pixel lines after 1 month
Bought an XTEINK X4 a month back from official website and I’m already seeing 3 persistent vertical lines/dead pixel columns on the display. It went from 1 to 3 in last 1 week while it was just sitting on my desk.
The lines are visible across multiple screens and refreshes, especially near the left side of the screen. Actually pretty annoying.
I know e-ink displays can ghost a little, but this seems different since the lines stay fixed in the exact same position regardless of content.
Has anyone else experienced this on the X4? Did support replace the device?
Overall I actually like the reader a lot, so this is pretty disappointing after just a month of use.
