My family has a strong history of diabetes and I'm terrified of going down that same path. I've been trying to lose 40 pounds for the last two years with zero success.

I want to try algorx since I've seen some good reviews, but my insurance won't cover anything until I'm officially diabetic, which is so frustrating. The out of pocket cost is a bit steep for me right now.
