15 year mature aloe- black spots reoccurring

I've had this mama aloe plant for over 15 years. Well draining, chunky soil watered only when dry, has massive leaves and is otherwise healthy. She was over 3 foot wide and easily 3'+ above the pot before she got sick. She lives on my covered porch and gets plenty of super bright indirect sun and a good amount of filtered sun. Three years ago, we had over 20 straight days of insane rain, everything was sticky and gooey, even under the covered porch. Mama and about a dozen of my aloes got what I thought what black spot or rust spots. I treated with copper fungicide but it just progressed. I eventually trimmed every leaf that had spots off and disposed, I washed all soil off, it was almost a surgical procedure level event with temporary tables, sanitation of EVERYTHING, almost humorously so. I potted in fresh soil, kept her dry, Treated her with Copper fungicide and now she has spots AGAIN. this plant Is sentimental, but I can't have her infecting all the others I fought to save that are healthy and spot free.

I don't water her leaves but I'm in Florida. It's humid all the darn time. When it rains she might get some mist through the screen. I can't avoid that. Her stem is naked from the trimming I did originally. What can I do? I think I'm supposed to cut these leaves off that have spots but if they're going to keep coming, then what? Also cutting these leaves of means she's going to look like the Charlie Brown Christmas tree again, all naked and choppy. Can I bury the stem deeper? Do I need to chop the top off completely and hope she grows back??

Even the newest baby has spots. Photos to show size and spots.
