I blocked out the email I received the messages from just in case this is someone I know.

I was chilling earlier and received a text very early morning/late night saying “Blocked?” i kept asking who it was and they wouldn’t answer. They then asked me to block them then unblock them to “test something” I guess.

I looked it up and Google says that it could be a phishing scam to test if my number is active, but it doesn’t exactly fit the prompt of the texts people normally receive. Should I be worried?

Texts are as follows:

Them: Blocked ?

Me: Who is this?

Them: Can you do me a favor

Me: who is this?

Them: I'll tell you but I need you to do me a favor

Me: who is this?

Them: I need you to block me ima send a text then I need you to unblock me n tell me if you get that text ok?

Them: Tell me when ur blocking me
