Mind tricks for quitting
Hi all.
I'm starting to think it's time to quit vaping. For one thing I really can't afford it, but I also want to get back into running again and am painfully aware that my lung capacity is probably pretty shocking.
I have some nicotine gum that I bought a while back (then forgot about) so I can use that. I don't think I'm ready to go cold turkey just yet, so am going to mark a week on my calendar in the not too distant future, to go cold turkey, and just taper down until then.
My question is; I like approaching things from a psychology angle; so can anyone share any tips/insights of ways you've found to retrain your brain based on the psychology / neuroscience around vaping?
