Any feedback welcome. Very much WIP but wanted to get some opinions on the orchestral writing before I continue. Goal is to orchestrate the whole Chaconne eventually.
The main inspirations for the orchestral writing are the Beethoven symphonies and Italian opera.
My concern is that the bass and tenor on the strong beats or bars 12 and 13 could be considered "consecutive fifths by contrary motion".
As per title. I am thinking of writing a movement like this, but I can't think of any examples to study! If anyone can help on this point it would be greatly appreciated

Hello everyone! I have recently decided to start observing Uposatha days, so I was wondering what the best practice is when it comes to interacting with a partner/spouse. Obviously anything which breaks celibacy (and adjacent speech and thoughts) should be avoided, but what about more innocent expressions of affection? Presumably I should not completely ignore her or treat her in a cold way?
