Hey everyone,

I'm currently a college student studying abroad in Tokyo. l've always loved JDM culture and experiencing the Daikoku car meet is at the top of my bucket list while I'm here.

I don't have an international DL, but I would love to ride around in a car touring around and going to a meet. I'm just looking for advice regarding a good price that doesn't break the bank and who you recommend!
