Starter isn’t rising anymore
My starter wasn’t fed for two days as I was up the hospital two nights in a row and I was just too tired to feed her.
Her feed was always 1:1:1 and I’ve been feeding her on 1:1:1 since the starvation period and she hasn’t been rising.
She looks and smells normal other than not rising when feeding, is she dead or?

Jesha Stevens isn’t good for my blood pressure.
Is it me or is she so irritating? I just don’t know what else to say. The way she slops and spills stuff everywhere and the soulless staring into the camera at the beginning, playing with the pastry and everything being gut healthyyyy. The way she takes a bite with another death stare.

Day 10… Is there something wrong?
This is David Doughie, he’s 10 days old and I’m using a no discard starter featured on shebakessourdough channel on YouTube.
For the first 3 days it’s 1tbsp flour and 1tbsp water. Day 4 onward it’s 2tbsp flour and 2tbsp water.
Day 6/7 after each feed I’ll get a quarter rise within an hour of a feed and it’ll deflate an hour or so later although he does remain bubbly and slightly sweet/sour smelling.
I’m using strong white unbleached bread flour and bottled water.
Is there something wrong? Am I messing up or does this sound normal?

Broccoli mum tea?
She appeared in my feed and now I can’t get rid of her cauliflower ice cream and sweet potato cookies.
A few years ago she was also in my feed during the intentionally burning herself, choke slam everything into the counter phase.
I’ve noticed she’s become ALOT more disingenuous, never replies to people and touts her PDFs (books) heavily and never helps people.
Not that she was ever a great person before but what’s happened?
