Please help wiring up the Ironman 4x4 DC DC 40Amp Charger

Hi all,

I do habe difficulties integrating the DC DC Charger from Ironman into my system:

I do habe two seperate 12V systems. One auxilary and one for the engine. They are not connected to each other. How do I integrate the charger without connecting the negative poles oft the two batteries with each other? I am so lost right now...
