[HIRING] $500/month + up to $500 bonus per video — UGC creators for a language learning app (beginners welcome, long-term)

We’re adding to our team of UGC creators making short-form content for a language-learning app. Recurring, ongoing work with weekly pay and performance bonuses.

Why creators like working with us:

  • We provide content briefs, examples, and creative direction — you don’t have to figure everything out yourself.
  • You get feedback and support through Discord.
  • No existing audience needed.
  • Fresh, dedicated accounts — nothing needs to go on your personal pages.
  • Weekly payments and a contract upfront.
  • Performance bonuses on top of your base pay.

Perfect for people who:

  • Enjoy making short videos and understand what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Want consistent, ongoing content work.
  • Are comfortable filming themselves and open to feedback.
  • Have an interest in languages, studying, or travel — a plus, not a requirement.

No previous UGC experience needed. If you can make a video feel natural and bring your own personality, we’d love to hear from you.

The work:

Create two original short videos per day, then cross-post those same videos to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts on fresh accounts you create for the project.

You’ll submit videos through Discord for approval before posting and reply to comments on your posts.

Pay:

$125 USD/week base, plus bonuses per qualifying video:

  • 100k views → $100 extra
  • 500k views → $200 extra
  • 1M views → $500 extra

Base pay and earned bonuses are paid weekly.

Interested?

  1. Comment “interested” below.
  2. DM us your country and your TikTok showing your existing work.
