I am scared of continuing nursing

Med surge nurse here. And I don’t know what to do anymore. Sometimes I remember after work that I forgot to document on a patient something and I am terrified of what may happen one day . These patient ratios are ridiculous. I’ve only been a nurse for one year and I regret it . Not because I don’t love people . I love tending to people but I don’t think I was made to juggle 8 lives at once. I’m so lost . My biggest fear is hurting someone just because I can’t get to them in time. I can’t get the time management .My soul feels lost

Nurse imposter syndrome

I can’t tell anymore wether I’m going through imposter syndrome or I really am not a good nurse . I can’t get my time management down . I can’t seem to be able to remember everything and chart on time . I’ve been a nurse for 1.5 years in Medsurge I don’t get it . Does it get better with time or should I leave?
