Constitutional Topics
I’m very confused about what exactly people are covering for Constitutional. Can anyone tell me what topics they’re focusing on and, more importantly, how much they’re learning for each one?
All of the topics seem enormous, and I’m struggling to work out what is actually necessary for the exam. For example, with the Courts topic, there seems to be a huge amount that could potentially be covered, but I have no idea how much of it I realistically need to know.
I’m also finding the City Colleges predictions a bit confusing. In the tutorial, he recommends certain topics, but then in the Night Before lecture he seems to emphasise different ones.
For example, he says that amendment of the Constitution is not important in the tutorial and in the recording for the night before notes because it came up recently (which from what I can tell from his past grid, it hasn’t come up recently and looks due), but then he includes it on his list of predictions for this exam.
Would really appreciate hearing what other people are actually covering and how they’re narrowing each topic down
