AUH market isn't listening to your negativity.

I keep seeing people saying the Abu Dhabi property market is dead, over priced, and not performing. I’m interested to know what the market looks like to you?

Just in the past couple of weeks, this is what happened

HGE had over AED 13 billion in sales within a couple of days of the project even being launched.

Bashayer Residence had all units sold out in 2 days.

ADREC just announced AED 117 billion in real estate sales in H1

The YOY sales increase of 112% included a 309% increase of foreign nationals with property buyers being Abu Dhabi based.

Does that mean that all of the projects are great investments? No.

Does it mean that prices can only rise from here on out? No.

The market is not performing can’t be said with the number being publicly posted.

Don’t judge the Abu Dhabi market based on your assumptions and opinions. Judge it based on the market data.

The market is what you want it to be at this point. The evidence is there, the data is there it’s your choice to take a look, I understand the conflict effected but the numbers is there for everyone, the amount of negative comments lately here is the reason I don't post often, seems like most of the people here are waiting for a post just to put a negative comment based on their assumptions. there is deals below OP and there is deals on OP and there is deals with premium thats the market and its been like that always - nothing has changed....
