Tirz to Reta
I’ve lost 50 lbs on tirz and am considering the switch to Reta. I first lost 30 and hit a 2 month stall. Then added in survo for (dirty Reta) and lost another 20. Now, I’m at another stall. Overall it’s been 15 months. I know that I need to dial in nutrition and start to lift weights again. I have stopped the survo. Anybody have experience going from tirz to Reta?
