Does anyone know where this is from?

I've had a look and couldn't find anything, "Para normal tv" didn't return much either.

Thought this might be the best place to ask.

Okay, I've found that this is a reconstruction of the Travis Walton Abduction, but no closer to finding the source of the footage - an extended clip of the footage is shown here in a music video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lKPTQvfNmCk

Terrible Title Card

Channel Four make a lot of great documentaries, they also make a lot of generic consumer advice slop programming, but I was completely shocked at the sheer lack of effort on this title card for one of the latter productions. I'm probably over-reacting, and it probably doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, but it's a little sad to see such a lack of care and creativity. Mini-rant over.
