I play wild rift and there is interaction that feels weird to me and i want to know if it works same way on PC. In PC LoL if Diana uses Q,E animation starts, enemy gets killed by Q, E animation ends, E gets cooldown refund or goes into full cooldown?

For example in the video after KhaZix kill E has gone into full cooldown because KhaZix died before E animation ended.

Edit: Looks like logic is - if there is no moonlight on E arrival, there is no cooldown reset. And if champion is already dead - there is no moonlight and no cooldown reset.

At 23 seconds im closing live connection and clipboard starts working normally. Disabling clipboard in Rustdesk fixes issue but i cant work without clipboard.
