Looking for recommendations for a setup . My home is 2700 sqft , two story.

I need it to support my two office (both me and my wife work from home). Homelab (two server with 4 nics), 4 gaming machines . 2 VR (iRacing), and about 20+ WiFi devices.

Also , I have delayed this decision due to missing out when the fusion 2.5 was free . Should I wait to see if a better discount comes ?
