How to reduce "lower back pinch" in lower back heavy backbends?

How to reduce "lower back pinch" in lower back heavy backbends?

I understand that I should use more shoulders, upper back, and hip flexors rather than lower back in backbends, but there are some poses that require a lot of lower back to achieve. (for example, an ankle-grabbing bridge instead of straight leg bridge)

It always gives me a pinching sensation in the lower back. Does anyone has any tips to reduce the pinch?

People who have attended K-12 education in the US, what are the common disciplinary actions? What are the common causes?

From what I’ve read, it seems that the most common disciplinary actions are detention and suspension (and corporal punishment in the past). Is that accurate? Do teachers use collective punishment (for example, one student makes a mistake and the whole row gets punished)? Also, do students get punished for academic issues such as bad handwriting or careless mistakes in exams?

Common punishments where I’m from usually include transcription (copying a textbook chapter 100 times if you make careless mistakes in exams, etc.) and physical activities (jogging, squat jumps, etc.). Detention and suspension don’t really feel like punishment to me because they give you time to do homework or let you avoid school.

I'm looking for the softest possible mattress as I'm lightweight (88lbs) so most mattresses are way too firm even with a topper.

I've narrowed it down to 3 options that all claim to be "plush/soft:

  1. innerspring + pillow top

  2. gel memory foam

  3. pocket spring + euro top

Could anyone advise which one is actually the softest? Thank you for your help.
