I have my IG and TT accounts all streamlined with links to book. I have an auto responder that lists hours of operation and redirects them to the HIGHLIGHTS where everything is laid out, including pricing and policies and how to prepare for your appointment ETC.

I have auto questions on IG like "What are your prices" and "where are you located". AND YET SOME STILL ASK in the DM's and expect me to book them in manually. They ask where I'm located and what times I have available and "I need an appointment first week of June".

So I'm leaning towards just blocking these people because the way I see it is if you're that unintelligent I don't want you in my chair.

What would you do?

Hey folks. I recently did two Sassoon cutting courses and wasn't 100% happy with the instructors. What I learned was actually amazing, but the first instructor got a little too comfortable physically with me while showing me techniques, and the second instructor talked way too much that I couldn't absorb the information. They seemed nervous and a little showy as if they were performing on a stage, and repeated phrases over and over. I'm wondering if any of you recommend a Sassoon cutting instructor that is great?
