I’m working on building a more structured Supplier Relationship Management setup for our team, and I’ve noticed that most of the resources I find are either too basic or too focused on soft skills. What I really need is something that goes deep into the actual framework, things like supplier segmentation, governance structures, and performance measurement systems.

I’ve tried piecing together info from articles and YouTube videos, but it’s still not giving me a solid, end-to-end understanding. Before I commit to any paid programs, I wanted to check in here first.

Any training recommendations that you tried that focus on segmentation, governance, and performance?
