I got a caramel marble cutting a couple months ago. Quarantined it and inspected closely for pests then moved into grow tent. I was looking at it tonight and noticed sticky droplets on the bottom of the oldest leaf and what appears to be damage. I will attach a picture. Is this aphid honeydew? Or something worse. I haven’t seen any signs of pests on any of the plants in the tent besides this one leaf. Freaked out because I haven’t seen any some rare plants in there. Reposted with photo I forgot first time

Looking for some feedback on my first loaf.

Recipe:
400G forward flour
270G water
200G Starter
11G salt

Starter fed 1:2:2 5 hours @78F

Did initial mix and let rest for 20 minutes

Did 3 stretch and folds approximately 30 minutes apart during the first hour and a half of bulk ferment

Left to bulk ferment for approximately 5 hours @78F
(Approximately 50% volume increase)
Shaped and put in fridge in banneton for 10 hours

Baked in preheated Dutch oven at 475 30 minutes lid on 20 minutes lid off.

I will attach pictures of the crumb and outside of bread. I know I had some issues with my shaping but looking to nail down possibly anything else I could’ve done wrong
