Thinking bout coming back, need input.
Started in 2019 as a Cap 2 drone. Worked that spot through the beginning of 2020. Took a promo to FE team lead fall of 2020, hated it but more money was the reason. By spring of 2021 I was shifted back to cap 2 as TL. My Coach at the time offered me another position alongside him at a different company, more money , less hectic, less bullshit etc.
Long and short, that employer devolved into a shit show , we both left.
Currently, im an ASM at a Vitamin Shoppe in MA. COL is high here and only getting worse. I’m not afforded any OT at my current FT job, and it’s a revolving schedule, so PT jobs are tricky aside from the usual gig/dd/uber shit.
Put in for a PT cap 2/3 role but I guess it’s called stocking 2 and on now.
I guess I’m looking for input on what’s new positive and negative with WM. It’s been 5 years about since I left , but I recall the flexibility for the GM/Stocking teams being solid. Wondering if it’s still that way.
For all the shit we’ve all dealt with at this place, the OT , paid out PTO and PPTO, 401k and stock, and health plan blew my last two employers out of the water.
