E months post PRK
Hi all, M30 here
I had -2.5 regular astigmatism in both eyes, no myopia or other; did PRK in mid February, now after 3 month checkup, the left eye has some physiological astigmatism (-0.75, 130°) that causes my vision in that eye not to be super clear like in the right eye. Vision is good tho, especially when there is a lot of light, it becomes very sharp. But I feel it can be a lot better without that left eye defect.
During the checkup, doctor said that it is a low and common value of astigmatism, and still wait a few months to see if it varies again; there is the possibility to do a PRK retouch if needed, but the doctor seemed to pointed out that it is a small value of astigmatism, and based on what he said and his expression it seemed to me that the cornea is stabilized so I think it won't vary a lot in the following months.
What do you think? Will it vary? It is still early? Should I get the touchup?
Thank you all
