Hi all. I'm practically a new investor looking for where to start.

I already have a Roth 401k through my employer with a match that is allocated to year target fund.

However, I'm in a position where I have around $500 to spare a month. What's the best way to go about saving this long-term? I'm ideally looking for limited risk and just something that can be forgotten about and grow on its own but I'm not too savvy when it comes to investing so any advice would be much appreciated
