(Eng) Company sent me and email with somebody else's name and mobile, do I need to do anything?

A mobile provider sent me and email with somebody else's name and mobile number (ironically, the email thread includes CISAS CEDR because I've had nothing but issues with them). Anyway, I got this email with this dude's name and number in it.

I've not done anything with it, but I did respond (after an hour of not hearing from them) saying that it's not for me, please flag to the customer that they've given data out to a random stranger. Two hours later, I got a "Name would like to recall the message".

Safe to assume I can delete the email? I don't think the provider would notify the customer, they're useless af, but I don't think its for me to contact the customer and tell them (That might make it worse lmao).

As an aside, would this be considered a GDPR breach?
