I'm a postdoc/health professions trainee with the VA, and I need to go on maternity leave next month. I was told I don't qualify for paid leave, and because I don't pay into state disability as a federal employee, I don't get state disability either.

Does anyone know of any disability or pay I can collect after delivery? Or is it only unpaid?
